Join gynecologic oncologists, survivors and their families and friends, and members of the advocacy community from around the country for this exciting awareness-raising weekend. Since the founding of the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance, its focus has been to bring the issues surrounding this deadly disease to the attention of law makers; to increase funding for medical and scientific research; and to increase awareness about the symptoms of ovarian cancer so that more women and their doctors will know how to identify it in the early stages, when survival is highest.
