IT’S EASY AND FUN TO VOLUNTEER!

OGCC/Rhonda’s Club is an all volunteer organization in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area that relies on generous donations of time from many individuals. 

Volunteers play a critical role in furthering our mission to battle gynecologic cancer by raising public awareness of symptoms, educating survivors and medical professionals, and supporting research to improve quality of life and care, and find the cures.

We have many opportunities to contribute, including:

• training as a speaker to tell your gynecologic cancer story to local area medical students;
• helping to organize survivor education seminars;
• spreading the word on symptom awareness at health fairs and other public forums;
• assisting with fundraising events;
• working at the Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Movement (GCAM) seminars and Race to End Women's Cancer, a Half-Marathon, 5 K, and 1 mile walk in Washington, D.C. on the weekend of November 6-9, 2009.
